Bad bad service

Good morning, I installed tracker on my motorbike last year and had issue of not being able to locate it on Netstar app. To this day I still can't be able to see where the motorbike is on the app and this is stressing me a lot. Yesterday I viewed it and it reads 22 December 2025, I tried to refresh but still no updates.
