BAD, BAD BUSSINESS

<p>I had to get a tracking device fitted to my vehicle by Altech Netstar. As soon as the device was fitted, my vehicle could not start. After the technician removed the unit and apologised profusely because the car still didn't start, my car was towed to the brand name service department. Two days later I was told that the starter had to be replaced because of a power overload, caused by the tracking device. Altech Netstar refuses to take accountability for this and I was stuck with a bill of R10'000 to fix my car, and a loss of income, as I was stranded without a car for 7 days. I will be taking this further and I will never deal with Altech Netstar agaim</p>
