Bad Bad Bad experience

Their accounts department will hand you over to the "Altech Debt Collector" people after THEY mess up your debit order which worked just fine for 12 years, without any hesitation or warning. Then you will find out they suspended your tracking service for months because of their mess up and will insist on you paying for that very suspended period. Then if you notify them of cancelation on the 13th of September because you're selling your car, they will insist you pay for the FULL October too! I will NEVER go back. These people are flippant and careless with their customers,
