Bad Attitide from the consultant

The account department never picks up any calls. I've been calling and calling. They've quadrupled my account then I stopped them from debitting. The next thing I was handed over to the legal department, and they're threatening to list my name on the ITC. Spoke with one the consultants now, she (Nomsa) was so rude and screaming her lungs out when she spoke to me. What a bad way to deal with your customers. This is ****************.
