Awful Service 😡

I am so furious with Netstar, I cancelled their service in March 2023. They said I owe them money which I subsequently paid twice and sent a cancellation email. I have received numerous correspondence threatening me, this month I dealt with a Kamogelo who told me that the cancellation is with their legal department but guess what I have received not one but two mails threatening me of an unpaid bill.

Can some please tell me how can I get rid of this horrible company behind my back. I have worked very hard to have my name tarnished by people who do not want to accept that I don't need their services.
