Awesome service

I contacted the call centre of Altech Netstar on the 06 April 2018. I spoke to a lady called Phetogo. She assisted me with a query I had on my account regarding a debit-order that went through which was not for me. She took the time to find out what had happened and even gotten back to me the same day. Phetogo also asked made follow-ups on the question I had on the process to get a refund back to my account. I'm happy there are still people who are competent when it comes to their jobs and have the patience to assist a customer and go the extra mile. Keep it up Phetogo, It's seldom that someone will take their time to assist. Thank you for assisting me and solving the issue.
