Avoid if you want service or feedback

Can a person give a 0 star? My insurance is insistent on me getting a tracker, they don't cover my car till its installed. Netstar gets hold of you quick, gets everything signed, get your bank details and then nothing! A week that my insurance doesn't cover me cause they haven't bothered getting hold of me to install the tracker... nothing. call.. nothing. email... nothing. Finally going through me insurance, i get in touch with netstar. the answer I get, "yea, its with the fitment center..... um I can't get hold of them so will let you know when I do". So their own company can't get hold of them? A week than I'm paying for cover and im not actually covered cause netstar are dragging thier feet.
