Avoid!! Avoid!!

Appalling service. They have gotten too comfortable taking advantage of people thinking they’re still leading. The got an alert from my mom’s car and called me as an emergency contact as her phone was off. Them calling me was a completely USELESS effort. Someone basically called me to tell me about the alert and disappeared. I had to keep calling, speaking to a different person all the time and repeating the same story.. and one of those people was EXTREMELY RUDE to point of hanging up on me after telling me I’m impatient and me saying “excuse me for not being calm, your company just told me they can’t find my mom and her car is on alert”. An equally *********** person said that behaviour would be escalated… no feedback to this day. They are completely insensitive but it helped me to review my own subscription with them. Found they’re OVERCHARGING me, they take R280.34 per month which I never agreed to. Way more than what they claim to charge on their website. Definitely leaving this so-called “pioneer” …they’re a joke.
