Attitude

I received a call from your call centre Re the Guarding product. A lady with the surname of Govender phoned me. She explained the product to me and told me that it will only cost R52.00 extract a month. I told her that I could not afford this???? Her comment to me was but you can afford an expensive sky track in you car.... I feel this is unacceptable.... A persons living expenses do change, and if you cannot afford it you cannot afford it..... I take great offence to this comment. I have two policies with you if this is the way that I'm being treated I might as well go some where else........
