ASKED FOR PROOF !!

What happened is I had a tracker installed with these guys. Their billing department is so unorganized. They always call me asking for payments I have made weeks before. (in the town I live in ( the tracker don't even work.) So I want to cancel my account with them, and they say I can't cancel it because of the contract. So I asked them for the call recording. They told me nothing about a contract period on the phone.The lady told me she would find out and let me know in a week. 3 Weeks passed and still nothing. I feel they are ripping people off. I want my contract canceled !
