Arrogant staff
I have for almost a year been requesting statements from Netstar Customer Services. After being ignored (and now needing these documents urgently for SARS), I spoke to Nora Chetty in the finance department. She had the audacity to request PROOF OF my REQUESTS BEFORE she was prepared to help me (which I fortunately still have)! What nonsense is this?! How can a company who you are paying monthly be unwilling to send you invoices? Why do they not fail so miserably to debit my account monthly? Based on this experience, if you are intending to use Netstar for your business you should certainly look elsewhere...
