<div>Netstar is inconsiderate I bought a vehicle in 2021.08 with the dealer hereby the instrument was paid for 3yrs in advance.During Feb 2024 the vehicle was traded in,the new bakkie bought.First week of August debit order of R218,oo went out from my account for the old instrumen,I reverse it.I received calls from Netstar,followed by messages on my phone to pay .I explained the car was traded in I bought a new car.My explanation fell on deaf ears until my account was handed over to their attorneys.I received a call from attorneys I explained the same,the lady told me to sort it out with netstar. On Monday I phoned the dealership,the finance office to intervene and sort this matter.She intervened and I received a call from netstar that the matter is sorted out I don't owe any amount.I asked about my name handed over to attorneys as this is going to affect my credit score,I was informed it will be sorted out.I requested the matter be put in writing, it was done and that I will receive refund. I believe netstar must refund me the premiums paid from end Feb to July 2024 cause the car was traded in during that period full payment was paid to them during that period.</div>
