Arrears Paid But Bureau Not changed

I received a call from CreditWorx requesting that I pay off arrear amount that was required to close the account/membership. I paid the amount off in July already and even received a paid up letter from Hlengiwe Ndaba and someone else from CreditWorx however the default is still reflecting on my Credit Profile and the contact person Kevin Beck has still not informed bureau to remove this listing.
