Appalling services

Very unprofessional behavior. Appointments that are made for installations are not honored. I’ve contacted the “customer service”, numerous times who do not follow through on escalations. This really makes me seriously doubt their ability to deliver the service they were contacted for on the first place. Should myself or a loved one fall victim to a theft/hi-jacking or worse with this level of customer care I am very unsure that any recovery will be made.
