Appalling Service Netstar

As per all the reviews l have Read Netstar is ***********, appalling service and blatantly pathetic. I app**** to have a tracker taken out of the car I sold and put in the new vehicle. It has taken a month now and still no outcome. The old vehicle is now sold so I can not remove it and now I must pay a penalty on my contact to get a new unit. I am still waiting. II cannot use the vehicle as insurance will not cover it until the tracker is working. I can’t believe a company with this appalling service is still in business.
