Appalling service from netstar!
<p>On the 9th of May I emailed Mary Ann from Netstar requesting for my banking details to be changed. My email was just ignored and they carried on debiting the wrong account and that resulting in my debit order bouncing which gives my name a bad credit record. After waiting for a hour on the line to speak to someone that can solve this problem I was told they don't know why it was sorted so I asked for Mary Ann to contact me as I want to know what they are going to do about this shocking service! I'm still waiting for her call. Netstar has shocking customer service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! </p>
