Appalling service!!!

I have never dealt with such appalling customer service! They called for a tracker application 2 weeks ago!!! I did the application and they took down all my details including the account number for debit and was promised figment the next day, guess what??? I’m still waiting! I’ve been calling and all they do is put me on hold until my airtime runs out!! They don’t even bother calling back as they promise whenever I tell them my airtime is running out! I spoke to OFENTSE AND VUYO and they both promised to call me!! Well, maybe they called heaven! I have been sending emails and all they do is give me different references Nxa! I need to be contacted for figment ASAP or cancel and remove all my personal information on your system. Image this service before I could be contracted client, what more when I need tracking assistance?? You guys need to do better!! I need installation tomorrow the latest!!! New ref CAS-***-Z5J2
