Apathetic and not interested in customer queries.

Really bad service in general. Apathetic and not interested in customer queries.

I emailed their contact email address numerous times with simple requests. No responses to any of the email. I sent a request to cancel my account - still nothing after 2 weeks.

I called the helpdesk now. They're absolutely not fussed with the lack of email response. Happy to take your money every month, but have absolutely no need to offer service. My advice would be to find another company that looks after customers.

Hi Petronel, Please don't make it sound like I've not been available to speak to. That's entirely untrue. I've just spoken to you now and forwarded you screenshots and details to your cancellations department. Interestingly enough - the cancellation department email is NOT listed on your website. Suddenly, when someone writes a public review, now the company is all keen to reply to calls and emails? That's bad form. It shouldn't take a bad review to get a company to respond.
