Another Unhappy Customer!

I am dissapointed in Netstar, your customer service is absolutely terrible! On numerous occasions I have asked Netstar to cancel my contract for vehicles that I dont even own anymore! This has been going on for over a year already! I have emailed and spoken to so many people namely Siphiso Nkosi (credit controller Administrator) who never assisted, Busisiwe Sibiya (Supervisor for Cancellation and pro active retentions) who also did not help me and finally Stanly Goliath on the 12th April which is the pre legal clerk who forwarded my email through to Abeeda only on the 9th May who still hasnt responded to me! This is pathetic that I am now getting calls from Credit Worx Lawyers who want me to pay even more money for not cancelling. I would like an answer Netstar?? Why all the fuss to keep taking my money??
