*********** and useless Netstar!!

I had a horrible experience with this car tracking campany on 20/02/2024. After I’ve picked up there is something wrong happening with my husband and his car is at an unknown location and unusual location, I called to ask for help and I was told about Popi acts as well as things like,my husband did not press the panic button. I pleaded with the agent and they promised to see what’s happening but they actually did nothing and told me that they cannot got to the address involved as it is a residential area unless there is a police case. I later learnt that my husband was indeed hijacked and unfortunately the car was not at that particular spot it was at. I’ve never felt so failed by people like i am right now.
