Alvina Mashiane from Netsta just made me realize how AWEFULL Netsta is. My account was handed over for a vehicle that was traded in over 2 years ago! Now my new car doesn't have tracker now even though its been paid for! Now I'm told that the old car and the new car are in the same account...only God knows why that was done like that. And even though I had previously requested for the old car to be removed under my name. Now! Here comes Netsta's EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH Alvina Mashiane...instead of assisting me to separate the account so that my new car"s services can be reinstated. She gets into a screaming match with me about why I have two cars under 1 account while I have 1 car with them. So basically I paid for a service that I cant use.
