Altech Tracker is useless

A tracking device was installed and it does not work. I went to the service centre twice and spend two hours waiting for a device to be installed. They messed while installing tracker and you can literally see. I complained and send emails to customer services since last week. No feedback...No response. Called customer services and I'm still waiting. My service with Altech is horrible. I cancelled my Insurance for referring me to Alex and I would like to cancel my tracking device. I pressed the panic button and there's no response
