Altech still not fixing information

<p>I traded my car in and had Altech remove their tracker from it and install it in the new vehicle. They did so. However since January they have not amended the information of the vehicle and as of now they still have my old cars information. I have tried 3 calls. Numerous emails and still no luck. This is putting my insurance in jeopardy and now they want to increase my premium. But they not even tracking the right car. I am now going to cancel my contract with them as they are in breach and go with another tracking company</p>
