ALTECH NETSTAR'S MR SIBUSISO JELE IS A STAR IN THE NAME NETSTAR

The customer service I received from Mr Sibusiso Jeremy at Altech Netstar since 16th February till 19th April is excellent and recommendable. I called Altech Netstar on the 16 February asking for a settlement amount on the remainder of my contract with them for my Dodge Journey that I sold in December 2017 plus any other outstanding payments. Mr Sibusiso Jele picked up my call and understanding clearly my request and emailed my the breakdown of the settlement amount. I immediately did an EFT and email him back proof of payment and he closed my account with hassle.

His excellent service was when I was in constant harassment by a company called Hybrid Collections asking for an unpaid amount on my contract with Altech Netstar. Those calls went on for every week since February till April and every time I would call and ask for Sibusiso and request proof of the cancellation of the contract and he would gladly oblige.

These Hybrid Collections agents were not satisfied by my proof of payment and proof of settlement from Altech every time I email them. I finally emailed Mr Sibusiso my frustration with Hybrid Collections for the past two months and asked him to escalate my issue to management which he did and came back to me with a positive response.

Thank you so much Mr Sibusiso Jele, you put the "STAR" on the Altech Netstar name.

My only advice to your management is to get rid of this toxic Hybrid Collections Agent and look for a competent and better one.
