Altech Netstar...Extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Altech Netstar…until this day I am waiting for a technician to come out and have a look at the tracking unit. I have logged calls and follow up but still I have not received any feedback on call reference CAS- ********** -V8H3 and CAS- ********** -V6P4. I have been experiencing problems with my battery ever since they upgraded my tracking unit. The first called I logged they picked up that the old unit was never uninstalled. I had to log another call for cancellation to remove the old unit because I have been driving for 2 months with 2 tracking units fitted in my car. Since the battery issues started I’m currently on my third replacement car battery in a space of 6 months. I have paid out of my own pocket to get the car tested and I was advised that the earth leakage of the tracking unit is not connected. Ever since I got this information I still have no feedback for Altech Netstar to either replace the unit or remove it from my car. I have spent a lot of money over the last few months and must say that I am shocked at the poor service and no urgency to resolve the matter. REMOVE YOUR UNIT FROM MY CAR AND CANCEL THE SERVICE IF YOU HAVE NO INTEREST IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE!!!!
