Altech Netstar - ********* company
I contacted Altech Netstar today 03.08.2018 to enquire why they are still debiting me for a unit that was paid up in June 2018. The answer was " We wait for you to contact us and advise what to do with the contract as it his now month to month " . Well that is fine I wanted the contract to continue month to month but STOP *****ing my money by debiting me for a paid up unit - this is called THEFT. Please refund me all my additional debits you have ****** and have someone contact me as I will be cancelling my contract. It is funny how when the three years are done the unit one has, has always been discontinued and then you must take a new unit for anther three year contract. What an ********* bunch, is this how business is done in South Africa.
