ALTECH NETSTAR TSOTSIS WITHHOLDING IMPORTANT INFORMATION

I would like to express my gross dissatisfaction with netstar altech, in march 2018 I bought a car from kia they told me they have a tracking device from netstar where I can pay R999 cash and R99 a month with further consultations I had with netstar thereafter NO EVER told me that that device they recommended does not have a location function if ever my car is ****** I have to go and open a case then call them and they will despatch and then after that I will have to get a new one because that one will no longer be working. all of this I only found out this week.Even a month after having it installed I called netsar to ask if the device is working because its quiet no sms or anything and they said its working perfectly. CanI please get my money back, call your people to come and remove that device from my car PLEASE.
