ALTECH NETSTAR TRACKING - WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

Its the 3rd week now since i reported my unit as not working. All i get is reference numbers every time i call but no action to fix. This is by far the worst experience i have had from any client service provider company. My asset is at risk and if something would happen, i am pretty sure they would not subsidize me on the lose.
