ALTECH NETSTAR took my money for nothing in return

I installed trackers in both my vehicles as I bought them new,( one in July 2012 and one in August 2012) only to find it does not work. I asked Altech's testing division to test for a signal, they couldn't' find one. They arranged for a technician to come and fix it, or so they told me, it has been 2 and a half years and yet no technician. Thursday last week (05/02/2015)I once again called and asked that my signal on both vehicles be tested, the lady said they will call me back in two days, still no reply. In the meantime they(Altech) never failed once to deduct my contracted service fee. I feel cheated...please don't ever use ALTECH Netstar!!!!<br> When I called them today to enquire on the progress, I was transferred from pillar to post, Yet I have no Idea what I am paying for. Every so often I let the tracking device activate, different placed in different towns, they only once picked up a signal and called me- December 2013 in Balito. Why am I paying these guys???
