Altech Netstar the worst

Once again Altech Netstar's device goes faulty and to get this resolved I have to sign a new 3 year contract with them if i want a working device. They tell me that they discontinues the Early Warning device and cannot do maintenance on it or have itt fixed. Mind you this is the seconf time that this happend. They told me the same thing with my first device, after 3 years it just stopped working and was also discontinued so I had to sign up for a new device for another 3 years as that. Now after doing that and signing up for another device and signing another 3 years contract i find myself in the same boat. This is after totally **** service from everytime I interaccted with them. They recieve an alarm from my car and they send me an SMS saying they recieved an alarm, and if I'm in trouble I must reply 1 and if all is in order I must reply 2, no call what so ever. And they don't call you if they pick up if the unit is faulty. You have to call them. Now really. If anything happend to you,If highjacked, do you Altech really think they would leave me with my phone, so that I can sms you. Absolutely pathetic. Now once again, your ****py units are not working and the only option I have is to get a new one with a new 3 year contrack with you. That is ******** people, ensuring that we have lifelong contracts with you. Ever sorry I allowed this for so long.

How is it that your units cannot be fixed especially after you are outside of the 3 year contract period. But instead you can offer me a new 3 year contract with a better unit that will also stop working after 3 years. Cause this is my second unit where the same thing happend. So you can fix the units if you are inside the 3 year period, and a faulty unit does not have to be replaced it can be fixed, but as soon as its outside of that peroid, you have to get an upgrade and sign a new contract.Shame on you!
