ALtech Netstar terrible service and lie

I would like to state how terrible service we have received from ALtech Netstar. We purchased a new vehicle and got a tracking device installed.

Before we started this whole deal, we phoned and said we would like like to install a tracking device and we have ucount. So we would like the discount assossiated with ucount. We were told that we need to email them to confirm. We emailed them and the tracking device was fitted.

Now i have noticed no discount for ucount rewards loyalty. So we emailed them and it was a back inforth sistuation. Eventually we got to the bottom and ALtech Netstar said that they will not give us the ucount deal and that we are now contracted to a 36 months contract and have to pay cancellation fee of R1600 +-. something about we got it throu a dealership.

Why must we pay for when the fault lies with ALtech Netstar. we want this resolved.
