Altech Netstar - Shoddy Service - Please rather don't waste your money

I have been battling for over two months now to cancel the Netstar account. Vehicle was sold in FEBRUARY and owners have immigrated, yet money is still being deducted from the account. Sent many emails............no reply...................sent twitter questions..............they reply with we will get back to you.................still nothing...................... is there only one person who works and manages this whole company??? There is only one email address and I guess it goes straight to the WHO GIVE A &^%$# box because surprise no answer.......

PLEASE CONTACT ME AND CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT AND REFUND ALL THE MONEY THAT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED TO DATE - THIS IS THEFT.
