Altech Netstar Service is Pathetic !!!

I contacted Altech Netstar call centre on the 1st September around 9:00am with the intention of having a test performed on my vehicles tracking unit, something I have'nt done prior. To my surprise, the agent assisting(George) could not locate my details on their system. Whilst on the phone, I located and emailed George a copy of the confirmation of installation which I received from Netstar containing the vehicle and tracker details. He still could not assist me. After two days and several follow ups from my side, still nothing. Your service is appalling and non existent !!!<br> <br>
