Altech Netstar sent me to Debt management

Altech Netstar sent my details through to debt collection for somwthing thats not my fault. Im trying to contact netstar but they just keep transfering me and I never got it sorted out yet. Debt collection keeps calling me for R117 and im not prepared to pay that money. My vehicle was ****** in march 2014. Contacted netstar later on in the day netstar still did not find my vehicle. Altech netstar never found my vehicle and they still call me to pay R117 one year later. I will not pay the money as netstar never found my vehicle. One month later in a road block the police found my car not netstar. From my side Netstar is useless. Someone please call and back as you guys are not answering your telephones and I want my credit history to reflect correctly without any signs of bad debt from netstar. If my account was in arears it should have accumulated for over a year, not one year later call me and tell me im in arears for R117 and I have been handed over. Call me!!! Im sick of netstar.
