ALTECH NETSTAR *******

Altech Netstar. I got a call selling me this car tracking system from Altech Netstar. I took the packadge and the amount of R178.99 A technician came and di the installation and then come the 1st debit: R77. 01 Wow, 2nd month R139. 83. Wow, 3rd month:R62. 82 4th month:R178. 99 then from there debit was R237. 99 for 5 months then went to R248. 72 then out of no where i called in and i was told i had a value added service of R59 then i said its ok. Now the R59 got removed and i was never told at all then money was deposited in my accoint anonymously such that i had to go find out from my bank and they told me it came from a company then gave me the numbers and i called them and they said its from ALTECH NETSTAR. I went to the office in Central Office Park in Midrand and i found an indian laddy at reception and she called someone in the finance and i heard them say "i dont have time for a walk in customer" i left then went on another day and met with Tasniem who then apologized for all the amounts that dont make sence then she told me all will go back to the same amount that we agreed on. 2 months down the line it went back to random amounts and i then went back to their office and now TASNIEM made me pay an amount of 378 then after a few months im called by Creditworx telling me i owe them 3100 then spoke to Stanley who then said this on email:

Please find attachment of receipt for the R379.44, the card payment reverse please have look on the details statement with reference DD10666 RECEIPT.

I then rep**** this:

Please scan that document clearly as it does not show any amount.

Are you saying that i came to the office, swipe my card then 9 months later the payment was reversed? That does not happen, again are you saying that it was rejected same day?

Was the speed point faulty when i was making that payment?

On the statement, why does this amount not reflect, in or out that should be on a statement.

Please find that manual payment i did at your office.

And he rep****:

"Apology, as per our discussion today I went to other lady were you swipe the card and the receipt proof that the payment was successful. Therefore please be advise that the gentleman who call you today will do a complete recon on your account and I will advise you when you can come and visit our office.

Right now ALTECH realised that i owe them nothing, what should i do as of now because the guy has not called me... Bottom line. altech netstar has been ripping me of and putting me in debt, they say i owe them and the net thing i dont owe them.

ALTECH PLEASE COME REMOVE YOUR DEVICE and cancell all the service, you have bridged the initial contract we had by changing amounts and doing refunds then lie then made me do manual payments.
