Altech Netstar refuse to terminate contract

4 Jan 2015 i indicated to Altech Netstar that my vehicle had been SOLD and that i needed to terminate the contract.<br> I was kind enough to pass on the details of the new owner to Altech Netstar in-case they would like to continue business with the new owner.<br> <br> 6 Jan i sent a follow up email to Altech No-Stars to action my request<br> <br> By 14 Jan there was still no response at which point i had to re-send another email asking them to action my request.<br> <br> 18 Jan I eventually was contact by Thato Boitheko from retentions (?? i've sold my vehicle what use do i have for keeping my contract ??). Thato Boitheko simply forward a change of ownership form to me which:<br> (a) makes it MY problem to help Altech Netstar retain business and <br> (b) in no way addresses my direct request to have the contract terminated.<br> <br> Jan 18 2015 i responded directly to Altech Netstar and Thato Boitheko
