Altech Netstar refuse to produce a voice recording which is the only proof of the contract between us. For 9 months they kept me waiting for this \so called"voice recording contract. They said that they will put my account on hold until the issue has been resolved. Since I started my querie they still keep on adding monthly service fees. And behold..... To my surprise the handed me over to Blakes Maphanga for non payment. No proof of contact no proof any voice recording...... Only weekly calls from the Blakes Mpanga legal department for non payments. """
