Altech Netstar phening me every day, and the didnt

On Saturday,25th May my car went missing., On Sunday, 26/05/2013 I phoned Altec Netstar to report car missing, went to Alexander Police station to report car and person missing. I spent R600 worth of airtime phoning Netstar to trace my vehicle. From the 26/05/2013 I waited for Altech Netstar to phone me back until 27/05/2015. On the 27/05/2013 I again phoned Netstar whereby they told me that the car was in Pretoria North. I phoned on the 28/05/2013 which they told me they can't communicate with me as the matter was referred to Alexander police and they can only speak to the person handling the case at the police station. I went back to Alexandra Police station to ask them to phone Netstar which they did and they told them the car is in Pretoria North. On the 29/05/2013 I phoned Netstar and was told they can't help me. On the 29/05/2013 I received a call from Musina Police station to come and identify my vehicle, which I did. They informed me that they found my car, the person who was driving the car committed suicide. I had to hire a car to fetch my damaged car and identify the body. No help from Netstar or communication. I contacted them again and they still **** that car in PTA.
