Altech Netstar pathetic service !!!

I have over 10 vehicles between two different fleets with Altech Netstar .<br> <br> in August this year I requested settlement amounts for two vehicles contracts which I wanted to cancel . I was informed via email on the 14th August 2015 that one of the contracts reached expiration so I did not need to pay for settlement . The other contract had not reached expiration and I requested the settlement amount which I then paid and emailed proof of payment on the 25th August 2015 . <br> <br> I received my statement on the 1st of September 2015 it showed that both amounts for those contracts had still been debited . I raised this query with Netstar and for an entire month I was given the run around . I even emailed the accounts department directly and I expressed my dissatisfaction . For the entire month of September 2015 I was not contacted by any means with any information about the query aswell as no apology whatsoever . <br> <br> On the 1st October 2015 when I recieved the next statement and it showed a debit for cancellation of contract which I already paid.I Emailed CS and have yet to receive feedback .<br> <br> I AM A CLIENT OF NETSTAR FOR 4 YRS IF THIS IS THE SERVICE I RECEIVE , IMAGINE NEW CUSTOMERS #REGRET
