altech netstar pathetic customer service.

I have been handed over as default for not have paid an amount of R396 to this company for tracker service i had with them for over 5 years. in 2016 i decided to sell my car and sold subsequently i called altech netstar to please can cel my account. They decided not to cancel it. Now they have been holding me liable for this amount of R396. Anyway i have paid of that amount. and i am hoping they will take out my name from defaults in transunion credit report. But its not helping at all. i have been making calls almost daily to speak to one of the consultant who can help me Balancing the account to zero as i have settled the account, but they keep putting me through to their credit department to speak to someone names Mohammed, who has never spoken to me once neither has he attempted to contact me regardless of leaving multiple messages for him. I kindly suggest everyone to either go with beame or c track company as they have the friendliest customer service.
