Altech Netstar not adhering to account complaint.

Netstar billed different amounts, more than R300.00 some months for the normal Sleuth Unit which is supposed to be R99.00 per month. They justified this ad 'Value Added Services' which they told me I agreed upon via a telephonic conversation. I do remember a phone call regarding some extra service but was not told the premiums would vary &amp
