Altech Netstar NON RELIABLE

Had device installed app 2 months ago. After that time got call from Netstar that they cannot pick up signal. The device was replaced. 2 weeks later I had to check with them if a signal was received. Was told that they cannot assist it is too late (Friday afternoon) Still waiting for anyone to give me a call. Disgusted with the customer care. Who will be held responsible if my vehicle gets ******???
