Altech Netstar , motor vehicle crime is rife in SA please!

I am truly dissapointed at the service i have recieved from this company. 1. I entered into a Contreras with Altech May 2017 gor a tracker device installation ( 3 year contract).

2. 2017 may i traded in my first car and asked them to install a device in my new car, the however suggested that the move the device from my old car and i stall it into my new car. I then downloaded thier App. At first i ddnt realize that thier tracker is not tracking the car's location but my phone. After i got an accident my insurance needed a pull out of my whereabouts i called them, and oops they have no trip logs for my car. 3. During June/ July 2018 i spent about 1:30 minon the fone with them fixing the following

A) My app is showing me trip logs of my first car. I can literally see and track down the owner of my old car who is based in Jhb and i am in Venda. I get a monthly report of where he has been and live locations of his where abouts (contravention of the POPI Act) B) my own car's location cannot be tracked. Should i get hijacked or kidnapped no one will have a lead because my tracker doesnt generate trip logs also should the car be ****** it will never be recovered. C) When i asked about my 3 years contract lapse with them , they told me i took a contract last year (2017) even though they moved my 2016 device instead of a new installation. This means they have added a year of installments to my contract

When you call altech you hold for and they move you from pillar to post for about an hour. To this day my efforts are still in vain. I drive everyday knowing that if i get hijacked and ****ed chances are i'll never be found ever again , worse i am always with my 6year old.

I cannot even terminate them because that means i still owe the 2 years for the device.

If i were a ******** (i am an Attorney by the way) i would easily hijack or give away info regarding my old car. 2 car owner's livez at stake because of this unprofessional substandard service that altech gives
