Altech Netstar is useless...

I bought a new car 2 weeks ago, the dealership arranged that Altech Netstar will install an tracking system for me before I collect my vehicle. When collecting my car no tracking system was installed, I took the car and arranged for it to be done the next week. <br> The following week I took the car to the dealership for smash and grap protection to be app**** and the tracking system to be installed however again altech Netstar have not installed the system.!!! I left the car at the dealership for 2 days and nothing, no phone call or email from altech Netstar!!!<br> I have tried a number of times to call them today and no response just a bunch of unfriendly and useless people at their call centre... problem still not solved and driving for 2 and a half weeks with a brand new car with tracking system <br> This is the most useless service I have ever experienced!!! Very quickly to invoice you but no flipped after sales service... can't even get hold of the Nelspruit Altech Netstar branch!!!!!
