altech netstar is useless

have been trying to cancell my contract since 8/4/2015. after sending e mails and phoning they still cannot sort out this account. they are useless and their staff it seems to have been trained to be the same as them. finally received a threat to be handed over to some legal team on the 16/8/2015, which i then sorted out to keep my name clean and lo and behold, today i get another statement. i am now looking forward to getting another legal notice as i am positive that netstar will end up paying more than what they want. do not use this company if you are considering a tracker system. by the way the staff lie so much that i have been told that this account has been closed?
