Altech Netstar is *******

Their service is wack. Utter *******. December I called and reported that my tracking device is not working . Then I was told technicians would be send in to come and work on my device on the 3rd of January 2019. And the so called technicians didn’t come. Then 2 weeks later I was trading in my car with a dealership at Westrand. I called Altech Netstar for a de-installation so the tracking device can be removed from the old car to the new one. 8 days later, no assistance from the ******* Altech Netstar. Their service is **** yet they’re so quick to debit money . They’re very useless. I called again this morning and I was put on hold for more than 10mins.
