Altech Netstar is bad news...

My car was ****** a few days ago and Altech Netstar could not recover it. On receipt of the case report a day after the incident I realised the company had my vehicle description incorrectly. This simply means they went looking for a wrong vehicle, instead of looking for a Polo Vivo Maxx they went looking for a Polo, which we all know are two totally different cars.
