Altech Netstar ******* Debit Order

Account no with Altech Netstar ***. I have and Altech Netstar contract which I signed for my new car in 2007, which was a 36 month contract. In October 2013 I tested my Netstar and it failed to work so they advised me that they need to send someone out to fix it. I was told that it is an old system and will need to be replaced which is what I did. However, I was not told that it will also start a new 3 year contract. In March 2015 I sold my vehicle and cancelled my Netstar, this is when I was advised that I still have an outstanding contract for the next 17 months ****il 18 October 2016) and will have to \buy"it out for an amount of R1471.67.
