Altech Netstar had ********ly handed me over to attorneys

I had a very terrible experience with Altech Netstar. I had written my complaint many times on Hello Peter about my experience with Altech Netstar but yet I am not getting any help. The company continue to deduct from my account after my legal contract with them has lapsed but yet I am still getting threats from their attorneys and they are the ones who are supposed to reimburse me what is due to me. Will I ever get help from thus platform. At least refer to the relevant body then or should I report them to ICASA.
