Altech Netstar Go you took my money even though the service was cancelled in November

Altech Netstar Go I truly do not understand what is it that you want from me? A month ago your Agent confirmed that my membership has been cancelled and that you will debit my account in December for the last time. To my surprise now in January you have taken my money again - are you trying to force your service on me? I am truly irritated with you right now and I am asking myself if your Agents have been really trained to do their jobs right or to just do the lip service shoo! I want my money back!
